LYNKO is an AI-powered B2B outreach platform built in Europe. We help B2B companies find and reach prospects across European markets. This policy explains how we handle data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

2. Data We Collect

Account Data Your name, company name, and email address when you sign up.
Prospect Data Company name, contact name, title, business email, industry, country. Generated by AI for outreach purposes.
ICP Configuration Your target markets, industries, company size preferences, and value proposition.
Usage Data Cookie consent choices, page visits (anonymized). Only with your consent.
GDPR Requests Email address and request type for data deletion or access requests.

3. Legal Basis

  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): B2B prospecting using publicly available business information.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Analytics cookies and non-essential data processing.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Responding to data subject access/deletion requests.

4. Data Retention

Prospect data is retained for 12 months from creation, then automatically deleted. ICP configurations are retained while your account is active. Consent logs are retained for 3 years for compliance documentation. You can request early deletion at any time.

Every outreach email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out here. Opting out immediately stops all future communications.

7. Data Processing & AI

We use AI (OpenAI) to generate prospect suggestions and outreach drafts. Prospect data is sent to OpenAI for this purpose. OpenAI does not retain data submitted via API for training. No automated decision-making with legal effects is performed.
